1. How do I submit a ticket?

Send an e-mail to support@plymouth.k12.ct.us

You can submit a ticket to Technology Support in three different ways.

Option 1: E-mail Support

Send an e-mail to support@plymouth.k12.ct.us

Option 2: Use Our Online Ticketing System

Navigate to http://support.plymouthschools.us/

At the top of the page click "Submit a Ticket"

Choose a "department" to submit your ticket to.

Unless there is a department with your specific issue such as a PowerSchool issues select the building you work in.

You will then be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, subject and a description of the problem.

Option 3: Call/Text

Call or Text (860) 940-0711

PLEASE NOTE: Whether sending an e-mail to support directly or using our helpdesks online ticketing system please include your name, e-mail address, school building and room number. This is necessary so that way we can find you, or the location of the issue, in a timely manner.
